Terms for Cancelation
Confirmation of numbers along with full payment must be made 7 days in advance of the tournament. All outstanding balances must be paid at the conclusion of the tournament (credit card required). If the tournament cancels more than 15 days in advance, 75% of the deposit is refunded. Cancellations within 14 days will forfeit their deposit. The tournament will be responsible for all costs based on the confirmed numbers.
